Zacare 8% Kit Lotion is a kit. It contains an antibacterial and keratolytic medicine (benzoyl peroxide) along with a skin conditioning medicine (sodium hyaluronate). The benzoyl peroxide works to treat acne by killing certain bacteria on the skin and by causing a mild drying and peeling (keratolytic) effect. The sodium hyaluronate helps treat or prevent very dry or scaly skin.
Do NOT use Zacare 8% Kit Lotion if:
- you are allergic to any ingredient in Zacare 8% Kit Lotion

How to use Zacare 8% Kit Lotion:

- To use the benzoyl peroxide lotion: Wash the affected area with soap and water or as directed by your doctor. Shake the lotion well before each use. Wet the skin areas to be treated with water. Apply the lotion over the affected area. Gently rub it into a full lather. Rinse well with water then pat the area dry.
- To use the sodium hyaluronate gel: Apply to the affected areas and rub in well as directed by your doctor.
- Wash your hands immediately after using Zacare 8% Kit Lotion.
- If you miss a dose of Zacare 8% Kit Lotion, use it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not use 2 doses at once.

Z-COF 12 Suspension is a decongestant, cough suppressant, and expectorant combination. It works by constricting blood vessels, reducing swelling in the nasal passages, and loosening mucus and lung secretions in the chest, making coughs more productive. The cough suppressant works in the brain to help decrease the cough reflex.
Do NOT use Z-COF 12 Suspension if:
- you are allergic to any ingredient in Z-COF 12 Suspension
- you have severe high blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, or other severe heart problems (eg, heart blood vessel disease)

- Guanadrel, guanethidine, mecamylamine, methyldopa, or reserpine because their effectiveness may be decreased by Z-COF 12 Suspension

- To use the bulk-forming laxative: Mix the contents of the packet with fluid in the shaker cup provided. Take the laxative with plenty of fluid according to the directions provided or as directed by your doctor.
- If you miss a dose of Xyralid RC Cream, use it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not use 2 doses at once.

- Do not get Xyralid RC Cream in your eyes, ears, nose, or mouth. If you get it in any of these areas, rinse at once with cool tap water.

- If you use topical products too often, your condition may become worse.

- Tell your doctor or dentist that you take Xyralid RC Cream before you receive any medical or dental care, emergency care, or surgery.

Xylocaine Solution is used for:
Temporarily relieving pain of the mouth, throat, or nose, and certain parts of the digestive tract. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.
Xylocaine Solution is a local anesthetic. It works by preventing nerves from transmitting painful impulses to the brain.
Do NOT use Xylocaine Solution if:
- you are allergic to any ingredient in Xylocaine Solution or other similar medicines (eg, amide-type anesthetics)
Contact your doctor or health care provider right away if any of these apply to you.
Before using Xylocaine Solution:
Some medical conditions may interact with Xylocaine Solution. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you:
- if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding
- if you are taking any prescription or nonprescription medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement
- if you have allergies to medicines, foods, or other substances
- if you have a blood infection or severe injury of the mouth or throat
- if you have heart, liver, or kidney problems
- if you have had a severe allergic reaction (eg, severe rash, hives, difficulty breathing, dizziness) to any anesthetic medicine
Some MEDICINES MAY INTERACT with Xylocaine Solution. Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines, especially any of the following:
- Amiodarone, beta-adrenergic blockers (eg, metoprolol), cimetidine, or mexiletine because side effects, such as confusion, dizziness, lightheadedness, or tiredness, may occur

How to use Xylocaine Solution:
Use Xylocaine Solution as directed by your doctor. Check the label on the medicine for exact dosing instructions.
- Depending on the condition being treated, you may need to swish Xylocaine Solution around the mouth and spit it out, gargle and swallow it, or apply it to the affected area with a cotton-tipped applicator. Carefully follow the directions provided by your doctor for using Xylocaine Solution.
- Do not get Xylocaine Solution in your eyes.
- If you miss a dose of Xylocaine Solution, use it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not use 2 doses at once.

Important safety information:
- Xylocaine Solution may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or blurred vision. These effects may be worse if you take it with alcohol or certain medicines. Use Xylocaine Solution with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to it.
- Tell your doctor or dentist that you take Xylocaine Solution before you receive any medical or dental care, emergency care, or surgery.
- Xylocaine Solution may make it difficult for you to swallow. Do not eat anything for at least 1 hour after Xylocaine Solution has been applied in the mouth or throat area.
- Numbness of the tongue may cause you to bite the inside of your mouth accidentally. Do not eat any food or chew gum while your mouth or throat area is numb.
- Xylocaine Solution may cause a numbing effect at the application site. Do not scratch, rub, or expose the area to extreme hot or cold temperature until the numbness is gone.
- Do not use more medicine, apply it more often, or use it for longer than prescribed. Your condition will not improve faster, but the risk of side effects may be increased.
- PREGNANCY and BREAST-FEEDING: It is not known if Xylocaine Solution can cause harm to the fetus. If you become pregnant, contact your doctor.
